We know that medical bills can be complicated. We are here to help patients and their families understand these difficult questions. Tinley Park Open MRI and Imaging Center is a participating provider with almost all health insurance plans. Please contact our Billing Department at (708) 381-5422 to verify and determine eligibility. We want to help you! If you do not have insurance, please contact us. We offer affordable care and can help you understand your payment options and may be able to provide assistance.

Is Tinley Park Open MRI "in network" for our insurance?

In network and out of network is treated the same.

Do we need referrals?

Yes, you must have referrals for these services. We encourage families to contact their insurance company directly for more information.

What should we bring to the appointment?

Please bring your current insurance card, identification, referral slip, script from doctor and any prescription information when you come for your visit.

We have Medicare, Medicaid or KidCare. What should we expect?

We accept these programs. Please bring your current enrollment card provided by Medicare, Medicaid, or KidCare.

Self-pay?

If you are not covered by insurance, we can help you understand your payment options and may be able to offer additional assistance. For your convenience, we accept cash, personal checks, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover card.
